Interim Management
We have in the consulting team a number of experienced project- and program managers, certified according to PMI and/or Prince2. Some of our consultants are IBM certified consultants and IBM certified project managers.
The majority of our consulting team are experienced senior leaders in professional organisation. We have confirmed Principals previously with IBM, consulting managers with experience from IBM, Cap Gemini, Schilling, and senior managers with experience from HCL, Danske Bank, and others. We can offer interim managers with demonstrated experience in organisational change management, and with intimate understanding of the barriers often found in organisations when major changes are presented.
Project and Program Management
MIO Management has a special understanding of managing business led global IT projects, in transition and transformation of outsourcing engagements, and in development projects based on agile principles like SCRUM and DevOps. Our project managers are typically certified through Prince2 or PMI

Interim IT Management
When the IT organisation needs to go through major changes, for example when outsourcing happens, it might be a very good idea to have an interim manager to drive the change in the period of thime it takes. Such an interim manager should have the experience from similar change programs, and should not have a vested interest in continuing after the change has occured, in order to be able to take the right decision without regards to future career in the company.
