Our consulting team is a group of experienced consultants and trusted advisors that we have worked with extensively for years. Some are employees of MIO Management, others are independent consultants associated to MIO Management. We take pride in our people development and networking activities and the experience sharing that takes place across the total group, regardless of affiliation.
Peter Dreyer
Consultant
Peter has a long career with IBM as IBM Consultant and IT Architect, and subsequently as independent consultant. His primary area of expertise is in Enterprise Architecture, Application Portfolio Optimization and Application Development Effectiveness. He also is certified IT Strategy consultant. Peter is MSc in Economics from University of Copenhagen.

Peggy Hamilton
Sr. Program Manager
PMI and IBM Certified Project Manager and IBM Certified Application Development Effectiveness Consultant with a background in Lean Sigma, outsourcing sales and transition/transformation, process improvement, management of technical staff, business operations management, and application development and maintenance. Primary industry expertise is in finance and health insurance, but also worked with small business, distribution, and telecommunications clients.

Jens Mørkeberg Henriksen
Konsulent
Jens has been a hand-on management and implementation consultant for a significant period of time. He also worked as project manager in software development projects for natial and international projects. Jens has been an independent consultant working with his own clients, but also been with consulting and software companies like PA Consulting and Computer Associates mv. Jens holds a ME (M) from DTU and a Business Diploma in Financing from CBS.

Susan is a very experienced business transformation consultant, with a special focus on leadership, business process management (BPM), CRM, CVM mobile solutions and change management. She has managed a large number of transformation projects in international enviornments, as Principal i IBM, as independent consultant, and as consulting manager at Cap Gemini. Susan takes a special interest in working the field between business and IT and has a substantial experience in harmonising business processes across geographies, functions and organisations. Susan holds a master degree in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

Soeren has an extensive background in IT leadership positions from IBM Global Services, spanning from Management Consulting as Engagement Manager and Partner to Projects Executive in charge of multi million Global Outsourcing Contracts.
He has focused on developing innovative projects around IT strategic and IT management topics for several major companies, primarily in the outsourcing space. Soeren has also as partner been business responsible for IBM's Travel and Transportation Industry practice on a Nordic level.
During the past 10 years Soeren has been globally responsible for 4 different major Outsourcing Contracts with global delivery scope in both IT Infrastructure and Applications outsourcing. This has included managing a global delivery organization and providing service to client locations on a worldwide scale. The focus has been on managing and bringing major transformation projects to a successful conclusion, setting up governance structure and managing client satisfaction and value assurance.
Soeren holds both a Masters Degree in Mathematics and a Masters Degree in Computer Science from University of Copenhagen.

Kirsten Mols
Vendor Management Consultant
Kirtsen Mols is an experienced and very competent vendor manager, who creates and maintains valuable relationships between clients and vendors in the enterprise market. She is a strong leader focusing on business value creation, high professional acumen, and knowledge of the IT market. Kirsten is a team-builder, who delivers results and solutions that works. Kirsten have worked with some of the largest IT consuming enterprises in a broad set of industries.

Morten have significant experience with sales and consulting in IT services and outsourcing, in senior positions for companies like IBM and HCL Technologies. After a career with IBM as an IBM Partner in IBM Global Services, he joined HCL Nordic Region in 2009 to establish and build HCL in Denmark, working with business development of the outsourcing business. After executing a very succesful growth plan for HCL in Denmark, he joined IT consultancy MIO Management as managing partner, consulting within IT and sourcing best practices.

Thomas Tøth
Principal Consultant, Virtual Team Otimization
Thomas has been working with outsourcing of IT and Services for many years. He is specialized in management of ofdistributed teams, with a focus on transition and transformation projects, sourcing governance, process optimization, knowledge management, change management and relationship management.
Thomas was previously stationed in India, where was a member of the leadership team that established a major development center with more than 500 FTE's. Thomas holds a M.Sc. i Business Administration & Philosophy and a PhD from CBS, where he has researched in to the field of global cooperation in the IT industry.
